Contact
The quickest way to reach Tagzinho is by email. Write in English or Portuguese.
What to write about
Questions about how a price is worked out, ideas for the calculator or the guides, a mistake you spotted, or a request about your data. If a price looks wrong, tell us the numbers you typed and what you expected, and we will check it.
When you will hear back
Tagzinho is a small project, so replies usually take a few working days. Requests about your data are answered within 30 days.
What Tagzinho cannot help with
Tagzinho cannot give personal tax or legal advice, or tell you what a marketplace charges you. For fees, check the marketplace’s own fee page or your seller account.
Shops, courses and communities
Shops, courses and maker groups who want to work with Tagzinho can write to the same address. Any sponsored link or partner is always marked clearly on the site.
Found a problem?
If the calculator shows something odd, tell us which page you were on, the phone or computer and browser you used, and what you expected to see. A screenshot helps. Mistakes in the maths are always fixed first.
What happens to your email
Tagzinho uses your email only to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list and is never shared or sold. The privacy page explains the rest.
