The share of the price it keeps. Add them up if there are several (for example a sale fee and a payment fee).

Pricing tips
Epoxy resin is expensive, and it is easy to guess how much a piece used. Pigments, mica, dried flowers, gold leaf and backing add up as well, and failed pours are part of the cost too. Enter one batch here and see a price that covers every material, your time and the fee where you sell.
- Measure the mixed resin you pour, not the kit size. A 1 litre kit that makes five sets of coasters should cost each set a fifth.
- Add a line for waste: the resin left in the cup and on the stir sticks is part of every pour.
- Moulds wear out. Put them in fixed costs and spread them over the pieces you sell in a month.
- Sanding and finishing take longer than the pour itself. Count that time in your minutes per batch.
Questions
How do I price resin coasters?
Work out the cost of one batch: resin and hardener by volume, pigments, inclusions, cork or felt backing, and the box. Divide by the number of sets the batch makes, then add your time, a share of fixed costs and your margin. The calculator does each step for you.
What if some pieces fail?
Enter how many sellable pieces a batch really gives you. If one in ten usually has bubbles or cracks, a batch of ten makes nine, and every good piece then carries the cost of the one that failed.
Should I charge more for custom colours or names?
Yes. Custom work takes extra time to plan and mix. Add those minutes to the batch, or price the custom piece as its own product.

How Tagzinho works out your price
Each ingredient costs the share of its pack you use: 500 g of a 2.27 kg bag at $4.29 is $0.94.
Your time and a share of your monthly fixed costs are added to every unit.
The price is solved so that after the marketplace takes its percentage and fixed fee, you still keep your profit margin. Most calculators add the fee last and you end up short.
